Root wireless thether really slow

the past three days the wireless thether has been really slow on 4g speeds. Everytime i do an update profile I instantly see a change in speed as the webpage loads quickly but that only lasts for a few seconds. Has anyone else experience or is experiencing this issue? Thanks

I recall something about wireless tether on MikG not working with 4g, but don't quote me.

Did you flash anything new on to the phone, kernel, script? Or any particular apps, virus scan, or something like that?

Gotcha, well the only thing I can say perhaps 4g, at the moment, is not working in your area? Can you get 4g just with the phone?
Try to go into recovery and wipe cache and dalvik cache.

Is this the Wireless Tether app or the built in hot spot?

it is the app.


I did put in a call to sprint and they have been changing the towers since new years. I dont think anything was done drastically to make the connection slow down.

I've seen several occasions where version 2.08 has fixed some issues. If that's not what you have you might try the link below.

I am using the latest version from the play store, 3.1 beta14

The latest doesn't make it the greatest. It might not fix your issue, but it has been beneficial to some using 3.1
