Root HELP, No Wifi or 4G!!!!!!

I recently tried to flash the sense 4 Rom which didn't boot up so flashed midnight Rom and mean rom both of these booted up just fine but WiFi or 4g do not work now. When I try to turn on wifi I get an error and 4g does nothing. I flashed the stock Rom thinking that would fix it but still no wifi nor 4g in stock??? What did I do?? Any suggestions???

Did u try wiping everything except sd card before flashing a different rom?
 
This happened to me yesterday try wipe reset cache dalvik 2times then format system data and boot all once and install a rom and don't flash any kernels if that doesn't work then restore your back up
 
And midnight 4g reboots your phone then you have to reboot every time you turn on 4g I read that in ausyries ultra matrix
But I did have errors with wifi where it wouldn't turn at all just error
This was a s-on phone if you are to download 4 ext and make sure smart flash is on
 
I'm having the same problem right now and I've wiped everything, I'm on a completely stock rom.

Really need help, I think it has to do with VM. I was having the same problems when I first activated the phone.

Edit: Okay just called VM, they are sending me to the highest priority technicians. After much diagnosis, she said that when my phone is activated, there is one part that does not activate.

What I did just before this happened:
Was on Mobster, installed avast!, installed anti-theft like my triumph using the recovery install, everything started to suck and boot loop. Went stock. Boom, I have this problem now.
 
Uh, so, check it out:

I restarted my phone and went to Burger King, and by the time I was there, I was getting WIFI signals, lol.
