Help Lock Screen short cuts

So I recall being able to change the lock screen shortcuts when I was running stock ICS on my Org Inc. I am not finding the settings to change this on this phone. Did HTC lock that down? I am guessing you can not change the 4 shortcuts on home screen either?

Sorry, the four shortcuts at the bottom of each screen. HTC refers to them as launch shortcuts. The lock screen shortcuts, if enabled in the personalize settings, will be the same as the four shortcuts at the bottom of the screen.

OK, gotcha... but back to my original question then... Are the ones on the home screen changeable then?

Yes, the same as any other. Long press and delete the existing shortcuts and replace with the one you want by long pressing the app icon in the app drawer and dragging to the dock.
