Root google account lost after flashing CM7.2 RC1 to RC3

hi all,

I've been using CM7.2 RC1 since about a month. But I had the welknown bluetooth issues. (Each time I put on BT phone reboots)
So, to solve this, I wanted to update my kernel (done) no fix
Then, updated to RC3 ... seems like BT problem is solved.
So afterwards I restored my data, but now I'm not able anymore to change any of my accounts. The account list is empty, and if I want to add a new account, the facebook startup window is shown. But I'm not able to enter any logon information.
And if I click on 'add account' there's even no next popup to ask what kind of account (eg. google)

Please help ! :-/

Can be the reason because google play also doesn't start.

OK ... and now the noob question: How can I flash the Gapps ?
