Root [CDMA] Stuck in bootloader, cant access sd card

I am a newbie when it comes to all this rooting, roms, and such.

First things first I rooted my hboot1.5 cdma evo 3d and installed meanrom with no problem. After a while I wanted to return back to stock rom so i downloaded the stock rom and installed it with no problem. But after i tried to install the latest update (3.6 ics) it took me to 4ext instead. It said the installation was "aborted". I realize it is not supposed to take me to 4ext. I freaked out and tried to find help on the forums by searching on how to fix it. I used this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1578977 and it made it worse. Now I can't even get out of bootloader or access my sd card through usb cable

It says *** RELOCKED *** S- ON RL if that helps.

i have followed the instructions very carefully, the final step was to run the ruu shooter and as a result i got the "error 140 bootloader version error"

I think the issue is the RUU you are using, since you took the ICS OTA Update
