Help No push notifications from Gmail

Up until a few days ago I never had an issue getting emails from Gmail. Now, I have to hit the refresh button to get any new email. I remember there was a Gmail update a few days ago, but I'm not exactly sure if the push issue happened right after or not. After noticing the issue, I uninstalled the Gmail update, but still ended up having the same issue.

Anyone know what could have happened and/or offer a solution? I've done the ##clear# by the way as a troubleshooting step.
 
Okay, try going into Gmail, go to settings, click on your email, make sure the notifications are on and the gmail sync says on.
Edit: Ahh nevermind about the Gmail sync thing. It takes you to the Accounts and Sync page in your settings lol. But try the notification setting.

Ahh, my apologies, I'm not the greatest problem solver in this Android community. :p
Have you tried uninstalling and installing it again?
