Root ICS Camera Fix

So what should we do for the person or persons that come up with and ICS camera fix? The working camera has been a long time coming for ICS so I was thinking there should be some type of reward when a fix is finally implemented. So what do you all think? Should we sort of celebrate when the camera is finally working? I know I am going to jump for joy when I can finally flash a fully working version of ICS. Hell I might even donate some money to help the cause.

not to be mean or anything...but ur making many posts that were pointed out...or not helpful at all...people are working hard to fix the camera atm and people already mentioned that they will be rewarding the people that fixes the issues..yes ik ur new and everything...but please read the posts of the thread...also post in the thread instead of making a new one :)

I apologize if I rubbed anyone the wrong way, but I am just really anxious to see how the whole ICS camera issue pans out. I know some peeps are working hard to rectify the camera issue and I just wanted to express my appreciation for the individuals who are trying their best to fix the camera. The non working camera is the only issue that is holding me back from flashing an ICS ROM. Also I just wanted to see if I could do anything to help out like donate some money or something. I don't know any Linux so that's a dead end.

Perfectly understandable. We were all beginners once, and I'm sure that even I break the rules ever so slightly once in a while. If you want to donate, I highly encourage you donate something. :D It will help keep the ship afloat around here. Just so glad we have a great understanding community here. Many people would have started a flame war in this thread. No offense to any other poster, but sometimes people get the wrong message over the internet. There is no way to express tone into a post. Just skim over the guidelines if you're a little confused and everything will be fine. :)

Thanks so much for your post. I don't see why anyone would want to flame me though because I am just being honest. Maybe some peeps get the wrong message from my post, but I would just like to express my appreciation to Triumph community and the devs that work so hard to keep our device evolving since VM seems to have given up on the Triumph. Anyway please don't hate on me because of some post that I made on the internet because deep down I believe that I have the best of intentions for the Triumph and the community here. Thanks again.

haha im not flaming you. im just saying next time u should do this. im glad ur into the android community which is good.
 
Im in to donate $10 to the person with an ICS camera fix. if everyone on here would throw in $10 we could probably add even more motivation?
 
Offering a donation once the camera issue is resolved is kinda like holding the Devs hostage. Remember, they have other issues that they have already resolved that were time consuming and some may have lost some hair troubleshooting. So, if you are planing on donating, why wait? :hello:

I already donated to their cause, but may donate even more once the camera is fixed as a bonus.

Yeah the person or persons that fix the camera is going to get a little something extra from me. Because believe me as much as the camera issue is annoying the devs, it annoys me as well. I am willing dig deep into my pockets to come up with something to whoever employs the fix. I feel it is only right because all the work the devs put into fixing this camera issue must be worth something. Hell it is worth something to me. The non working camera is the only reason that I refuse to flash an ICS ROM. The HDMI I could do without, but the camera is a deal breaker.
 
lol Buzz.. you are quoting The Hulkster to a kid... if he knows who Hulk Hogan is at all its probably gonna be from his horrible reality show.. but then again he'll probably google him... lmfao
