Facebook

There should be an option inside the Facebook app itself under settings.

I find the app doesn't deliver all notifications as it should but it certainly notifies you of all comments that are posted.

There isn't in the native Facebook app. If you use Friendcaster you will get push notifications for all of your FB notifications including likes.
 
The facebook app doesnt notify for "LIKES". Just comments or other posts. I find this good because I really dont need a notification for every like to be honest. Just open the app and you will get it to update and see your LIKES
