Root ICS System Apps

Is it possible to install the stock ICS System apps like Calendar, Gallery, Contacts, and Phone? I like the stock look of them. And is it possible to have the notification bar semi transparent?

You can try moving the apks from CM9 into another Rom. Semi-Transparent Notification Bar is in Mobster Rom so you pull the SystemUI.apk from it

not sure that alot of them would work on a sense rom..gallery and phone will probably forceclose..might wanna look for any libs that may need to go with the apks

Just Google "evo 3d aosp apps" or try flashing the aosp theme available on this board. I'm currently using aosp contacts, messenger, notification bar, settings, calculator, calendar, and dialer. They work pretty well apart from the dialer vibrating multiple times per keypress.

Great way to have a mostly aosp look on a sense ROM that everything works in.
