Any way to stop sound effects while using camera?

Can't figure out how to disable sounds in camera, ICS is awful.. I'm sure they'll figure it out, but would like my camera to operate in silent..

Putting the phone on vibrate should do it. If there's no setting for it you may have to wait for a dev to hack it

Having the phone on vibrate doesn't help, and it does the road runner "meep-meep" every time I touch the screen to focus.. kinda annoying, but I'll live..

Open the camera and then touch the gear icon in the top left corner. That will open up the settings menu. The shutter sound is down toward the bottom of the list so scroll to it and set it to OFF.

I didn't know at first that there were more settings hidden in the list.....
