Root Cant get back to 5.0.2.8 for the life of me

Ive followd the CWM thread to the letter and i keep ending up with 5.0.2.7
can i get some help please...ive been on this for 2 hours and nothing is working

im about to throw this damn phone out the window

You must flash the zip at the link below using 5.0.2.7 and reboot. You will have 5.0.2.8 and the 900Mhz kernel.
