what is phone idle it uses 40 percent and battery and cell phone standby uses 37 pecent

The phone, in idle mode, is using 40%, and the cell radio, is using 37%.
There are probably other things listed there that will total 100%
Lets say you have 5 hours on battery.
40% of 5 hours is the idle mode usage.
37% of 5 hours is the cell radio usage.
Then the remaining % of 5 hours is whatever, such as display, or maps, or android something etc.
