I'm using the stock e-mail app and I have to open it then hit refresh to get new e-mails to load. No led notification or little envelope in the notification bar either. Any ideas?
I was having the same issue. Turns out somehow the Auto-sync was turned off. Go to Settings>Accounts & sync>Turn on Auto-sync. This solved the problem for me.
