Root Swiftkey will not download language pack

I recently restored a backup on my prevail and everything is fine except Swiftkey. When I go to set it up it will not download the English (US) or (UK) language pack. it keeps timing out at 20% and says network error.
please help.

clear your dalvik cache, reboot and try again
 
no luck.
cleared Dalvik cache and partition cache. rebooted.
now only downloads to 6%
wth lol?
any other ideas?
 
Hi,

go to settings->applications->manage applications->ALL

There you will find the Google service Skater was talking about......

my SD card was full. I made too many CWM backups lol. those things are huge.

LOL same thing happened with my sisters phone... Couldn't figure out for the life of me why she couldn't download a ringtone... When i finally realized it, i just shook my head and handed her back the phone.
