Help Huaweo Mercury won't update apps :(

My apps won't update at all....it will stay on the downloading forever and then it will say it's an error...I've tried everything and I really don't want to reset my phone...Please help me :/

Try going to settings> applications> manage applications and clear data and cache for Google Play. Maybe turn the phone off and back on, or even pull the battery for a minute.
