Help htc one v freezed

please help on my htc one v which suddenly freezed, thx

You should be able to hold the power button down for 10-15 seconds and turn the phone off, then just turn it back on. If there is some recurring issue with it we will need more information to try and help keep it from happening though.

Or easily do a battery pull if that doesn't work

You can't, the battery is non removable. Holding the power button down simulates that (which is why I recommended it ).
