Help Exchange E-mail Notifications

After ICS update, when I get an e-mail to my work's Exchange account, it'll do the notification several times, three or more even, for only one e-mail consecutively until I hit the power button. Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

This is a new one to me... Have you done a factory default since getting ICS? If not, I would do so, almost all flaky, weird problems after the OTA update can be resolved this way, plus it is just a good idea to do this with any major OS update. If you did factory default already, try going to Settings-Apps-All-Mail and Clear Data then resynch mail, if that doesn't help try deleting the account and adding it back in.
