Root Want to go back to Stock Rom Virgin Mobile

Originally had the Virgin Mobile Disire HD but i set it up to be on the Rom-Revolution hd 7.0.4 for some time on the Disire HD and im wanting to go back top the stock rom which the phone came on(Virgin network) or any other stock rom

can anyone point me in the right direction? or were to start

Are you wanting to fully unroot (back to S-On) or just restore to stock? Do you mind if it's unbranded? Here is the Sense 3.0 unbranded RUU that was released a couple of months ago.

im getting the Error 155 ROM update cannot update your phone
just after it says Rebooting to Bootloader..tried the recovery option and just the same error

its ok managed to do it

yes,are you sorted?

if not,try starting the ruu with the phone in fastboot,instead of the booted OS
