Root FRUSTRATED-- Please help?

I just got an old INC and would like to root it and use custom ROMS. this is my situation. it is running 2.3.4 radio 2.15.10.12.20 and cant seem to find anything that works?? does anyone know of a method out there that would allow me to root this phone yesterday?
