Hows everyone liking the motion 4g

I got it today and im loving it...its a beast even though the screen is small but its ics so im happy ...coming from gingerbread is a great step up for me
 
The small screen thing kinda goes away as you watch the power the phone...you don't notice the 3.5" "downside"

Im sorry but just holding an Iphone makes me cringe looking at that screen. This is a cool little phone for the price but theres no way I can justify loosing almost a full inch in screen size. Hell I cant see as it is. Haha
 
my thought is why is this phone only $99 and the esteem is $329??? besides the screen size this phone looks like it would run circles around the esteem. i still wouldnt be able to go down in screen size.

Because they know they would bring so many customers at these prices for such specs.

Different generations. You are comparing a older phone from an older price model to a newer phone with a newer price model. The Esteem will effectively be replaced soon, either by the Anthem or another phone relatively soon. At which point the price differences will make more sense.

Plus your last sentence probably has a lot to do with it. :D
 
They've dropped the prices on all their phones.

The connect is now $200 and the attain is now $150.

Well thats after Mail-in-Rebate and thats if you purchase it as the 2nd 4glte phone. Still paying $299 and $229.

Friday should yield some price changes or new promos for some phones since Mail-in-Rebates expire on that date.
 
Thing really is a beast screen is a tad small but everything else is high end. Reminds me of a Shelby Cobra small package HUGE engine.

only ones I know are MIR on Activa (50) and the Attain (30) as well as the 50$ rebate on second phone

the All in plan will now be a 30$ plan with MMS
 
I love everything about this phone except for the keyboard. I have always hated the swype keyboard, I switched to the L G keyboard and I didn't like that either. it resembled the iPhone keyboard.

If you can believe it I actually wound up using the Gingerbread keyboard again.

I like and prefer the GO kb, but I have limited use of any other keyboards.
 
For once I can feel glad a customer is getting what there paying for and more with the LG Motion, not over priced or has low memory or just a low end phone like the admire zte etc.

I can see this phone going up 30 or 50 bucks if metro feels like it and tag a mail-in-rebate to it.
 
Another thing I love about this phone is upon powering it on there is no "MetroPCS...hello, hello, hello" crap. That annoyed the sh*t out of me.
