[Verizon] Returning a rooted phone to verizon

I'm exchanging my phone for another GNex in hopes of having a phone that doesn't have the one way audio problem during phone calls.

My phone is currently rooted and I don't really have the time to sit down and remove root.

Can I just send them back my rooted phone? What will happen if I do?

If you send it back rooted they will charge you the full price for the phone... wugs root toolkit will easily unroot the phone for you... should take 15 mins.
 
I wouldn't want that now. I just found that program a couple of minutes ago and downloaded it.
