Motion vs Anthem.

Last I heard of ZTE I heard the phones are made really cheaply. That was on AC in the Optimus V section....they also said the phone lagged..I don't remember which ZTE it was, but they are a newer company ....
 
(Assuming the current talk on specs is true...) Both are dual-core processors of roughly the same speed. But the Motion is a fourth generation while the Anthem is a third generation. Anthem has half as much ram.

So numbers-wise, the Motion will outrun the Anthem in every way.


It's a common theme with the Motion, but the key is screen size. The Motion is the top of the line in most specs, except screen size. It's the only variable left really. Which means the only phone that'll compete on specs is the S3. Everything else will be a matter of which is more important, speed or screen size.
 
I'd take speed over screen size any day....what's the point of a big phone if it can't do anything except lag?
 
It's screen size for me. I mean the anthem is looking really attractive despite the low ram. Ics and screensize are the factors for me.

That is a bit confusing. The early hands-on reports had it running 4.0. The more recent reports claim it is running 2.3.5. Not sure why they'd downgrade it months later unless they had some serious issues that couldn't be worked out.
 
That is true. The first pictures I saw looked like gingerbread but they said it was ics. Also it would explain why they had the gingerbread soft keys at the bottom.
 
Coolpad is a joke. Gingerbread, 3.2mp cam, 1ghz processor, 4" WVGA screen vs the awesome Motion -- ICS, 5mp cam and 1.3 front came, 1.2ghz dual core s4 processor (whats in s3), 3.5 gorilla glass screen.....

I'm sorry sir. It was just a playful joke. Didn't mean to upset you. I'm not sure why your local store is selling the motion for more than it should be.
