Help Help! I wanna transfer my media!

So I had a Droid 2 for two years n it came with an 8GB SD card. I recently upgraded to the HTC Rezound (which I love), n it came with a 16GB SD card. Now of coursee I don't want to lose the media on my old SD card nor do I want to start completely from scratch with my music n pic collection n its starting to get full. But I would like to transfer my media from the 8GB to the 16GB. Any tips or methods to doing so without losing everything I have on my old SD card? Plz help.

Ummm... can't you just plug a USB cable into the Droid 2, copy the files you want to a PC in a temp directory, then unplug the D2 and connect the Rezound and copy them back? Actually, although it might be kinda slow, you should be able to just plug in both phones and copy directly from one phone to another...

Worst case scenario, go buy a $10 USB microSD card reader and pull the cards and copy what you want that way.

You could do what he said or put your old one in your Rezound and copy the files onto your internal memory. Problem solved.

I always copy all my phone files to a backup folder on my computer.

Just download your old SD card onto your computer and recopy them to your new card. It takes only a minute or so and you have an instant backup in case you need it later.
