I actually keep a pan of liquid in the bottom of the pit for that reason. Nothing dry over here. And that's another reason I keep it on foil as well.

6 beef sausages
4 beef burgers

... and miss X is compaining that I cant just have a plate of protein for dinner ... pfftt she didnt complain when I had a plate of chicken last night. Typical.
