I am stalled out on the big piece of brisket. Back inside for a nice wrapping it goes. I hate when that happens. Smoker is at 225 and this meat have gained 10 degrees in an hour. Plan B goes into effect right about ......

NOW ....

On a lighter note, the small piece is resting comfortably, wrapped in towels in a cooler . Getting closer !

Now .... On goes the chicken and sausage ... Be back
