I like your enthusiasm, and it really isn't directed exactly at you, a while ago we had this same Braveheart scream "LETS FLOOD THEIR EMAIL!", much like when I was on Howard Forums waiting for the i760 to come out (i know i know, a lame phone to anticipate the release for). We just have to be patient, which is the hardest part.
Give me another hour before I go into an announced rant about how I want something official about this phone to be released by Verizon and make myself look like a HUGE hypocrite.
I have the ability to say absolutely nothing, albeit charmingly. Don't flame me, I already know my posts are useless!

your post arent useless.. even if it doesnt contribute that much info about the phone i still find u rather amusing and it helps with the wait..we really dont have alot of new stuff to talk bout in regards to the incredible so we might as well have a few laughs to get us through this long excruciating period

Honestly, who actually uses the trackball/trackpad on a phone like the Nexus One. I mean it's all touchscreen, just SWIPE!!! so much easier. I only see ppl actually using the trackball/trackpad on blackberries or phones without the touchscreen.
Flash 10.1? Not likely given Google's disdain for Flash
Cosmetics? Not likely given that's hardly a true differentiator [ie who cares?]
Most likely is something VZW can include in the VZW software image. They have a specific image that carries their boot branding, so my money would be on Skype [and/or other apps] being included in the VZW build.

thats a big difference..black=beautiful
I have that silver/black 8330 and I think the contrasting colors look nice. Then again, I have a Seido rubberized case on it, so you can't see it anyway. I think both of those look nice though.
