Help Manual ota update

hey there everyone i have a question, I'm trying to install an ota leak on my phone and i am curious as how to go about this, it says i can install it from the internal memory from the stock recovery menu, but when i go in to stock recovery it does not have that option, only has the option to install from external sd memory and of few other options none of which are install from internal memory, any help would be great

the phone is a s3 and im trying to update it to 4.1 bell ota leak
 
"Recovery". A bootable recovery environment to help recover devices that cannot boot into android.

If you can't boot into android, it makes sense that you cannot put files on the internal memory either.

You'll probably have to put it on an sd card
 
Put the file on the SD card using a card reader. Flash using recovery (Home+Vol Down+ Power).

Better yet, boot into download mode (Home+Vol Down+Power) and flash a full system using Odin.
 
The SGH-I747M_I747MVLALI-OTA-I747MVLALH_BMC_322447427.zip file is already on the phone, the problem is that when I get in to recovery mode there is no option to update it from internal memory, now from what I understand this being an official ota leak I should be able to install it without rooting the device. I did try doing it from download mode but I I get is a "downloading" message that does not seem to be going anywhere
 
ehhh think ill just wait and try to get my hands on an sd card, voiding my warranty so soon seems a little risky lol
