Yeah I've sent pms and it always is 0. A bit weird, maybe the default setting is not to keep what you send?

As to the training, considering they already had android and sense phones, it couldn't take more than an hour max to go over the phone (especially when they have to pay employees to be there). Just go over the 2.1 differences and the specs of the phone and that's about it.

People on this forum come here to talk and speculate about the phone- No one is harming anyone. It is a nice fun group ( for the most part) No one is hurting anything so why should it matter to you? If you don't enjoy this forum you are encouraged to lurk elsewhere. If you are just interested in the latest known- or suspected specs- you can check out the Evergreen thread.

Really, no need for community crapping, which is what this thread has essentially become. We're looking forward to a phone release and are enjoying ourselves and making ourselves crazy in the process. If it bothers you, then no need to read through the fast approaching 400 pages of the thread. If you want to join in the FUN, then you're most welcome here.

A lot of us have been waiting for a long time to upgrade our crappy, outdated phones. A lot of us have decided that this phone is the right one for us to finally make that leap. Look at previous posts - an awful lot of us have phones from the Razr era...

Forgive us for being pretty excited about it.
 
I'm not sure if I'm the only one that feels this way, but I'm actually going to be disappointed when this phone is released.

This thread has been a great time, and I hope everyone sticks around when it comes out, a great group of guys and gals.

People can think that we're crazy, but truly I think it's the collaboration and entertainment that keeps us all coming back. This thing has really become a great community.

I'm pretty sure the store near me leaves a few lights on, but not nearly that many. Just thinking maybe they could have been in the back or something...

Oh, I thought I'd mention (no this isn't an interesting info post at all), I've just had a birthday and my husband said he's getting the phone for me for my b'day! He was soooo sweet...he knew it wasn't released yet and wasn't even sure of the name (he's just quietly accepted my obsession with it) but went online and searched a bunch and printed off a pic of it and wrapped it up for me! I thought it was (dare I say it...) "incredibly" sweet and we haven't had much in the way of a romantic post lately. :)

Now, I just have to be patient and wait for the release...did I mention that patience has ALWAYS been a problem for me since I was a little kid?

Ha you're probably right, I know I'll be hanging around. At least then we'll be able to finally lock this thread and start a new "HTC Incredible Community" thread. Then we should be free of trolling/OT worries (no offense to the mods, I still appreciate the re-open)
 
Oh, I forgot to mention, I'm so excited about this phone that I asked for a BT keyboard for it (from my Grandmother) for my b'day...even though we don't know when it's being released. How crazy is that?!?! On the positive side, the keyboard is really nice. :) Now I just need the phone to use it with!

I can't think of a better spot to go to when I finally get it and I'm getting acclimated to android and the phone.
