My Tab2 seems to work best in landscape mode.

I have noticed that my Tab2 works best when its in landscape mode. Anyone else notice this or do I just think It does?

I think it works great in portrait and landscape. I never noticed whether it worked better in one orientation over another. User preference I guess.

Maybe it's because when in landscape mode I have more room with the material on screen, this gives me more control with less having to keep moving the content to keep it in view.

That's a given when using any tablet in lanscape mode (wider angle). I spend more time in portrait due to the keyboard dock I'm always using.

This is the main reason I bought the Logitech WiFi keyboard I can set my Tab2 in landscape mode on it's side on my Rocketfish tablet stand, and do my typing from any place. I am glad the Keyboard Doc. I ordered would not except the Tab2 it allowed me to start looking at the other keyboards.:)

Maybe there's the equivalent of the 'Reflow Text' setting that's on Polaris Office for your word processor. It's like the Auto Fit feature on browsers.

Using the virtual keyboard for e-mail, I find that portrait gives more visual white space to compose with and easier on the eyes. Otherwise, the keyboard fills the screen in landscape.

Luckily, it works either way. :)

Performance wise I find mine works equally well in both orientations. However, depending on exactly what I am doing I usually prefer one over the other.
