Basically my admire is messed up and won't hold a charge anymore( I can barely get it to 30%). So which rom saves the most battery?

you can always go get another battery? for me the lightest rom for my battery has been the non overclock OA. ive had a few roms such on such as monster, stock++ and admiral beast but waking up at 5 am for school and getting home by 3 PM would kill nearly 50 percent of my battery life. on that OA on that very same schedule i get home and i have around 70% battery life left. and that usually lasts me to then night until i charge it. i use my phone heavily might it add

Yeah that's the thing i don't even think it's the battery. I have to like hold up my charger just to get it to charge so i think it's a problem with my phone. Man this sucks.

yea i dont think its the battery either, Samsung always have faulty equipment when it comes to charging cables. it could also be becasue of the connectors inside the usb port on the phone? i personally believe that charging problems usually come from people just shoving the charger in all different angles causing issues. thats just me really.

EDIT: kage idk if can but maybe to can try to get your hands on one of those external battery chargers :/ i know if my phone got these issues id be screwed as i have no money

Yeah i think that's problem too. But i always put my charger in straight. I dont bend it much except when im on the phone and the cord and stuff gets bent slightly. I went back to 2.3.6 stock for the time being since it seems to be charging a little better with that installed.

I have an issue as well my battery managed to slightly swell a little I'm wondering how tha hell did this come about!?I wonder if its a samsung faulty thing.

A final way you can tell when a battery needs to be replaced is if the shape of the battery has changed. A battery in good standing will be flat on all sides. However, an overused battery tends to swell on the sides facing the battery door and the interior of the phone. When this occurs, it is especially important to get the battery replaced as soon as possible, as a swollen battery can erupt, permanently damaging your phone and possibly causing injury to the user. >.>

Damn I'm tryna get a new phone asap funds are kinda low smh.I have sort of a technique with this phone ever since battery swelling I turn it off to charge it and I turn off my large apps when I'm txtin or on a call.

If your battery swells, then you should really be quick to change the battery. That's how I shorted my Admire. The Battery swelled, and I didn't get it replaced. Now every time you turn it on, it just dies. I tried changing the battery, cables and all, didn't work.

So I went to a battery shop, and I checked the voltages from a good battery and the one that was in my phone, and the changes were drastic.
