[Verizon] netflix stuck on the white screen

just looking for some options or suggestions

yesterday i've used the netflix app without any problems but after i got out of it and tried to get back into it few hours later it would not "start up" it gets stuck on a white screen for few minutes then after that it'll give me the force close message (ok/wait/report). went into the apps and did clear data/clear cache but that didn't help at all. after that i uninstalled it rebooted then re-installed it but still the same problem. went into recovery wiped dalvic/cache and did zip align but once again no change. i've never had issue w/ netflix up until yesterday

i'm running JBSourcery V2.2 w/ franco's #243 (it was a clean install)

I'm running the same ROM with the default kernel. I did see the white screen for about 5 seconds and then it loaded. Basically looked like it was just buffering the data then it loaded fine. Perhaps a weak signal?

Signal is fine 4G full bars... Still the same problem. Looks like I'm not the only one couple of guys over at the xda are having the same problem but still no resolution or suggestions

I have a Samsung Galaxy Nexus running JB and I just started having the same problem 2 days ago. I called Netflix support. They had me uninstall, pull the battery, reinstall, pull the battery and try again. No dice. Same problem here.

I posted this on XDA but figured I would echo it here. I am also having this problem on stock JB and as others have stated this was working fine 2 days ago and yesterday it stopped. Reinstalling does nothing sadly

Mine is working now.
I reinstalled the ROM and let the play store restore my apps instead of titanium.
I restored select apps with data from titanium and checked Netflix after each one to see if it was something in particular messing it up.

All of my apps are back and netflix is working as normal.

i'm not running any task killers if that's what you mean.

No, the app tasker.

I had it set to have access in accessiblity. Once I disabled that, Netflix started working.

Maybe it isn't exclusive to tasker but for any app given that access.

I can reproduce it at will toggling that.

EDIT:
It is NOT exclusive to tasker. I just gave widget solid the same access and Netflix stayed on the white screen. Once I disabled it, Netflix worked fine.

Light Flow Lite was the only thing that was enabled and when i disabled it netflix started to work. when i toggled it back on netflix quit working. it makes no sense that it's causing problems now and it worked in the past (untill yesterday). either way thanks for your help netflix it's back up and running.

Netflix is pushing their new Android interface to their app (no Play update required, apparently). It looks more like the web interface. Things have been going to the new interface and then returning only to return to the new interface again over the past few days.
