Here Not Getting or Sending Text Messages

I know there's been a few different threads on this, but I just wanted to follow up with a quick one.

So I bought an unlocked version and was hoping that the 1.5.1 update would possibly fix the text messaging problem. Thankfully the update made it the fastest phone EVER but unfortunately didn't fix the text messaging.

Sending the phone back to the UK would be a major pain in the ass given it's unlocked and I'm here in the states.

I'm in ATT and my settings are as follows:

[FONT=&quot]ATT:
apn:
wap.cingular
user:
WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM (all caps)
pass:
CINGULAR1 (all caps)
mmsc:
http://mmsc.cingular.com
mms proxy:
66.209.11.32
mms port:
8080[/FONT]

Anyone have any suggestions at all for my settings or something else I can try?

in uk for text message we dont use any settings.

only settings applied for MMS?

u talking about MMS or SMS?
