WARNING: CRAZY DREAM SEQUENCE BELOW
Ok I think I need a break. I had a dream last night involving the HTC Incredible, Kanye West, and Brittney Spears (I know ... I know). Anyway, the dream involved a police stand off (Kanye) and knocking over a grocery store (Brittney). But at the end I was doing a leaked unboxing of the HTC Incredible. It had a 4.3" screen but they had changed it back to all red. They also changed the shape a little to look chissled (remember the HTC Diamond).
Anyway I think Kanye and Brittney (neither of whom I'm a fan ... definitely not Britteny) represent the craziness surrounding this phone. I have no idea what the rest means except I guess to expect some changes or surprises. In any event, it was all a dream and a really crazy one at that. I think I need a break from this really. I never have dreams that vivid. Just thought that I share that (not sure I should have) but I had to tell someone

This isn't a complaint at all, in fact i think it's kinda..."cute"...but what the hell is it with all the dream posts???
I mean I want the phone just as bad as the next person but i can honestly say i haven't had any dreams about it. I have plenty of other good dreams but that would be waaaaaaaay off topic...at least in this thread!

It seems to me that it allows for 720p video recording. Notice the resolution on the encoder as well as the formats:

Very interesting. I think its also interesting that it appears to have the same camera as the new sprint phone that is also capable of recording 720p video. The info on the specs sight quoting posts of rumors from this forum states that there will be no 720p video recording. Yet if this is the correct ROM, there it is. I sure hope this is right.
Ok.. so I walk into this Verizon Store, right? I talk to this CSR and He says.... Then he tells me he's never heard of... then he tells me about the N1 being.......
Just for the record: I'm pretty skeptical about VZ CSR posts anymore including my own. I'm going on a VZ CSR diet/reduction program!

Found this a while back, and the conclusion was that the phone was capable, but the OS may be limiting what it will actually record at.

That means I'll just have to load a custom rom that has that OS restriction removed then.

I'm with ya man. I'm still optimistic that we might get 720p out of the box, but don't wanna get our hopes too high.
Edit: The fact that the supersonic supports it makes me my feelings go over the 50% confidence line that we will get 720p recording in the Incredible.

Just got off the phone with 2 VZW sales reps convo is below:
Me: Hey, how ya doing, im looking for a phone you might possibly have - the model number is adr6300.
VZW: I have no knowledge that we even have such a phone.
Me: I believe its called the HTC Incredible.
VZW: I have no idea what that phone is its not in our inventory.
Next convo:
Me: Hello, maybe you can help me, im looking for a phone with the model number adr6300.
VZW: There is no release date yet for that phone.
Me: Oh, what about the Nexus One? Any info on that?
VZW: There hasn't been any updates here for that either.
Both calls were placed in VZW stores located near each other. It seems these sales reps are being PROGRAMMED to respond with 'we have no info", although as you can see in the second convo, the guy clearly said there is no release date for THAT phone, so it must exist somewhere.
Me: Hey, how ya doing, im looking for a phone you might possibly have - the model number is adr6300.
