Root Creating a new nandroid backup

After finding out that to efficiently create a nandroid backup, you must wipe the cache and dalvik-cache before backing up, I would like to know where the nandroid backup is located and where I could delete it so I can make a new one that is better. Thanks

If you chose the standard backup...
/sdcard/_ExternalSD/clockworkmod/backup/{time-stamped folder}

If you chose backup to internal sd card...
/sdcard/clockworkmod/backup/{time-stamped folder}

and Wipe Dalvik Cache is under the advanced menu option

Don't worry about it, it's because we don't have anything mounted to /sd-ext.
