Free upgrade with replacement?

Ok, so like I said in another post, I had slight screen lift on my 8gig n7. I did the clamp fix and it worked for about 3 weeks. Now the lift is back.

I rma'd it a couple of days ago, it'll be here today. I was looking at the shipping info in the email Google sent me and realized.. They are sending me a 16gig model as a replacement.

Whaaaat! Do want! That would be a huge incentive for everyone with even the slightest lift to rma
But I'm guessing this isn't so much Google being generous as them being sloppy.
I hope you're actually getting the 16gb unit too and it doesn't turn out to be just a typo.

I think I am, it said 16gig in the cart link they sent me, and it said it in the receipt / confirmation email :thumbup:

I'd have to agree with ya too. More than likely the customer service agent messed up, or it was the end of his shift and he was feeling generous lol.

Ya know, I think I started noticing some screen lift on my 8Gb. Maybe I'll look into it...
