Root UOT Kitchen Themeing Help For New Users

I've been reading up and watching videos on how to make your own themes using uot kitchen but have a couple questions

1. How do I load the system framework apks and what not to UOT to actually change it

2. Can I use the stock romantic products does it have to be a custom rom such as Harmonia

copy your framework/systemui to a folder on desktop,etc and select them from the sites uploader when you are done making your changes. (would upload a screen but kitchen is full atm and isnt displaying those options). You can use stock rom or harmonia. But specify for those who will download that it is in fact stock or whatever so they know. For instance,the harmonia theme I created appears to work on stock odex/deodexed and harmonia. So just for general elite users I would venture to say the stock harmonia files should be ok to use for the general elite user. Could be off base on that. Someone with more info can correct me on that.

We're is the framework apk in root explorer so I can copy it? And thanks for the instructions

look in framework folder,there are .jar files and the framework apk.
