Hi folks,

New member here from the middle of the UK, great coverage of all the android stuff! I don't have one yet but I do covert my sister's G1 and my mobile contract is up in November so it looks like I am well placed to get a good value droid phone!

Lots of stuff happening in the UK re android now, especially this T-mobile-Orange merge!

Didn't know about the merge, but I hope it causes Orange to offer a slightly ore realistic data bundle.
500mb is a bit "last year" isn't it?

if you use email and web, I'd hope so......

The the will exist as two separate entities for the next 18mths so will have to see, although orange only do the hero - t-mobile will still get a lot of android phones this year and it will give the two customers a lot of choice

here is hoping, let see what Moto have up their sleeve on Thursday!
