Edit: the whole "I don't know how to do it" is unfortunately going to get a lot of people that don't read the surrounding posts.
 
Even if we state its april fools at least 1 or 2 technews wannabies will quote it as fact by the end of the day...so why get members hopes up when the technews world will make it amusing either way

I doubt it...but I do see a pseudo-techno blog from overseas picking it up and failing to realize it is April Fool's Day

Not sure the mods will want to generate that type of traffic here.

That's actually better/clearer than any of the spy shots I've seen so far, and seems pretty accurate to what the retail product will look like. Very awesome.

Unfortunately they're all lame too. I mean really??? Razr with a razor and iPhone Landscape? Either somebody over there has a lame sense of humor or they are foreigners and don't understand the concept of April Fool's Day.
 
How does it work with the apps in regards to switching phones? I am just going to get me a Droid to tide myself over and I wanted to see if I buy an app and return the device can I just download it to another device or do I pay again for it?
 
It's amazing the people on here who don't even skim the thread, let alone keep up on it. Things like the 150k units in inventory and the EVO coming to Verizon as the Venture, yeah, that's like news from 10 pages ago. As fast as this thread moves and as active as the posting is, I can almost guarantee you that you're not bringing fresh news if it came out >6 hours ago (probably even less). It's interesting how this thread is mostly cyclical in that you have morning, afternoon and late night folks, and the conversations always seem decoupled such that headlines, news, questions, and comments exist in duplicate sets.

Anyway, with the push to sell Palm units, I'm guessing that pretty much torpedos any chance for an announcement ahead of time (like with the Droid). Enjoy the next 18 days, folks. I know it's worn out, but just two more weeks! LOL

Or when I get up just before 6 when hubby does for work so I can get an hour or two of quiet me time and he gets up before I even make it to the shower.
 
Fellow Incredimaniacs,
Just wanted to give you a heads up that i got to work today and realized i accidentally left my sense of humor at home on the kitchen counter. Because i don't have it with me i won't be able to correctly interpret April Fools jokes correctly unless it's 100%, absolutely, undeniably, clear that you're making a joke by Titling you post "April Fools" and putting in a lot of wink's and smiley's.

I would hate to misinterpret your jovial intentions as an attempt to really mislead this thread or its community with false information during a time as sensitive as this one.

I think everyone is with me when i say keep it fun, but keep it honest, especially today (and for that matter, every day). Tread lightly, i head Banlandia has vacancy.
