Screen on vs awake...wtf

Battery has been draining at an alarming rate, even when in airplane mode when im asleep at night. Noticed it's awake when screen's off.

This is so annoying, i have no rogue apps, gps is off etc.

Anyone with the same problem?

You need to install BetterBatteryStats to see what's keeping it awake.

And CPU spy to see if your phone is going into deep sleep. I find sine 4.0.4 I have to reboot following charging to prevent a wakelock. If i do this then the phone goes into deep sleep and all is ok.

Thanks, I've installed it. Don't know what to make of all the information it's giving me lol but i'll get the hang of it!

Funnily enough, before I even installed betterbatterystats or saw your post, I turned off the phone and took the battery out and it seems to have done the trick. Problem seems to be what you said.
