Root Flashlight settings mod?

Yes you can flash any settings apk to any rom

Well if you want to add the flash light to your current settings then you need apktool and Notepad++ and mod it in yourself

My suggestion? Just use one thats already available

You can make shortcut with any cut, but it won't be a toggle/switch. It'll act exactly as it does now in the settings

Yes any cut will help to put in on as a shortcut

replacing the.... settings.apk and settingsProvider.apk with the ones from #2 2.5.1 also works

You can also do it without anycut, I do. Hold home screen-shortcut-activities-lg hidden menu-flash led on/off.
