Help Easiest way to S-Off?

Hello all, new EVO V lte owner here on VM.

I see I need to S-Off for many CM10 rom's.

What is the easiest/safest way to set S-Off?

I am rooted already.

I concur, it's actually a very simple process. Booting back to the rom was the only tricky part but those steps are in the instructions as well.
