OTA 2.1 Has started..

Just got the update! I was playing a game and it scared the crap out of me lol. Right at midnight it showed up. Enjoying it so far. No issues though I didn't mind it stock before on 2.0.. the multitouch web browsing is all I like.

Ditto. Too bad Verizon doesn't have a "bad business practice" and monitor our phone information usage, specifically. If they saw how often and how much information I searched for android 2.1/motorola/droid/verizon over the recent months on my phone's browser, I could have been queued as a "priority" to receive the update tonight.

Big bummer...I bet a bunch of noobs who don't even know what version their phone is currently running ended up getting the update before us. Weak sauce, Verizon.

Thanks I was wondering why it said "2.1-update1" and not just "2.1"
 
Flash will come when Adobe releases the app. Yahoo not working, that sucks. Did you try another reboot?
Still waiting in NW Indiana.
 
Is there a way to change it so the notification light blinks when the screens on? Kind of annoying if you're in a full screen app
 
Received it sometime last nite (Texas)....everything I've tried works it seems....pinch to zoom, live wallpapers (they give you eleven), and set up yahoo mail with no issues by hitting 'email' and adding account. You can aggregate it with your previous exchange account or view it separately.
