Unfortunately, testman has been up and down for months now, and has never given us any hope for the Incredible. So I say 'no'.

Yeah, I wouldn't put too much stock in the 'testman' site... I don't think it has produced anything of significance (for any device) in quite some time.

Do you think there is another VZW test site out there somewhere?

Could be, who knows?... I'm not sure what the significance of the site truly is any more. Any testing/debugging could be done in an environment on their local network. I know when I design websites, I use a local web server to test the sites out and nothing gets published until after I am done.

I don't know why they would open their test site out to the internet. I'm guessing any real testing they do is all contained to the company's intranet to keep security ensured.

Exactly my point.

They could have content loaded up on the internet side of the web server and when the time calls for it, merely swap the pages (new for old). I'm sure all of their images, scripts, etc... are kept in a centralized location. It would make sense anyhow. This would allow them to 'flip the switch' if you will.

I think this is more of an OS feature, so that's up to Android Developers.

Ummm...I just voice dialed from my bluetooth headset with an Eris, non rooted, 1.5, no special program.

-Nkk

EDIT: I seem to have quoted the wrong post. The original one asked about voice dialing and stated that it was not supported by any Android phone.

On top of that, as of this morning testman was actually not as up-to-date as the regular site. Testman still quoted the BOGO for Android devices which had expired, while the regular site had the BOGO on the Palm devices.

Alright before i get an Incredible or anything.

Can anyone explain return policies for BestBuy and Costco?

I read on bestbuy something like, handset cannot have more than 30 minutes of usage?

And Costco, they have special return policies like risk free 90 day return policy or like risk free return in general as long as you return everything it came with. Basically, you can return the phone after using it for like a year and a half or two years risk free.

Any help on explaining the two of them would be great. Don't wanna get into something before i get the HTC Incredible and be stuck with a phone i don't want.

It could just be an open test site that they let people visit. Its not a bad idea because even though many don't know about it, lots do, if that makes sense. Its a good way to load/stress test the changes to various visible/non visible components.
