yes and yes. if you move apps to sd by using the system settings you will gain back some memory but very little cause the majority of the memory the app uses still remains in the phone itself. deleting apps will clear even more space but i would like to point out that some apps leave traces of their existance. from files from a deleted app can still exist long after the app has been removed. if you arent rooted then you cant really do the removal of them but there are some apps fomr the store that removal dead files for you. idk any one though lol

Have you never used a smartphone before? Metro cant free up space for you. Also 4g phones don't automatically have more internal memory. Uninstall some apps!

This phone demands a rom with a2sd support.

I couldnt have kept using it until i got that on there, and afterwards, memory issues are a thing of the past.

Now that elfy pointed out i just realized i read the title wrong 0.0. Try reflashing your rom or wiping the cache and dalvik cache.

This phone requires Link2SD for non-OA users.
OA users can install A2SD through init.d support if they like (but I still use Link2SD as I feel it runs smoother than A2SD)
