is there any way you could give me a kernel that is overclockable to 1.8 ghz. or above?? (ps: i no longer need the stock rom)
no on the warp we got it to 1.9 and it is stock at 1.0 ghz
i guess thats true but i think we can atleast get to 1.7The warp is also a single core processor, and not a dual core like the SGS2. You will overheat the phone not to mention drain on battery. Just because you can get away with it on one phone doesn't mean that all phones can do it.

yeah but still im developing a rom and thats why i need it (im not really good with kernels)
no the rom will probably run fine at 700 mhz. but i want it to be all powerfulI say develop your ROM on the kernels that are available. If you put together a ROM that runs great at normal clock speeds then you have got something good. Having to OC to have a ROM run good tells me that it is not done well and bloated. You can always have an updated kernal that supports the OC you want at a later time as flashing in a new kernel is easy.
