Help polaris office crash (POLL)

As I use multi screen a lot I'm now starting to miss polaris office multi-screen option as it has never working on my note. What surprised me is that there dosnt seem to be a specific mention of this freeze/ crash when I google search (or search this forum) regarding this polaris office so I'm beginning to wonder if it's just my configuration or its incompatibility to similar products like kingsoft office I have.

So I just want to do a quick survey poll to find out what percentage of galaxy note 10.1 users are having a similar crash freeze?

#1. Crashes straight after app boot screen
#2. Boots into app then crashes / freezes
#3. Works fine, no Issues

Im a number 3 here - that's when opened on its only or in multi screen mode. id be lost without it too so feel your pain.

Yes but no joy.



I'm beginning to suspect previous kingsoft of the doc's & spreadsheets it's trying to read on the bootscreen?

PS. Does anyone knowhow to delete a double post?
The splash screen for error messages is far to quick to read to follow the instructions by the way MR. Webmaster?
