Root [Sprint/Cricket] swiping between tabs in Phone on GS3?

just got jellybean on my GS3 - and read this enhancement
Call log scrolling is buttery smooth, and swiping between tabs in Phone is quick and fluid.

i can't swipe between tabs at all.. no swipe - not now with JB and not before the update?? any ideas?

Tabs in the phone application? It never was a feature. I don't think they were referring to that.

Yea, that's on the Nexus. If you want to be able to do that, flash CM10 or AOKP based ROMs. It's there because I used to use it on those ROMs. Touchwiz doesn't have that feature.
