Root is cyanogenmod 7 possible on Micromax A75?

WTF guus!!

I was just surfing around....and i got to this ICS look-alike ROM for HD7+(MTK6573)

It looks great as in any custom Rom. But actually caught my eye waa the settings page of the rom. It really looks similar to the ICS Os!!

If we could only port that somehow to our already existing roms?? :D

@saiviganesh I saw the screenshots. And i only found the settings page to be nice looking. Rest all is the same :)
 
I tried the A5 ROM the ICS one doesnt flash and the original stock Rooted flashed n i was just stuck on superfone lite had tried various mix n match replaced boot logo frimware but still nothing had combined both Stock Rooted n ICS ROM and tried that also had got flashed i was just on superfone lite i dont know what else we need to change but the only positive thing is the ROM got flashed and it dint bricked my phone i just had wiped the stuff n restore the backup and my phone is all alive again.

I had tried to flash CM10 of P500 i changed boot and frimware and deleted some files which were not usefull like addon folder and some more and flashed and the ROM got flashed and in this also i just stuck on boot thats superfone lite n here also the only positive thing is the ROM got flashed and it dint bricked my phone i just had wiped the stuff n restore the backup and my phone is all alive again.

Now i dont know what we need to change to get these work but one thing is that they havent bricked d phone neither d phone got hotter or anything else just had to wipe n restore and phone is on.

---If U change in System Partition Size by wrong scatter file then more possibility of brick phone.

---So Safe installing rom via recovery. If u insalling Upgaded rom of same partition with same ID these may be flesh but not boot up becouse system partition not support boot.img.

---So first change in boot.img for ICS then may be possible ICS in A75

Thats what i did i changed d boot.img and flashed but still dint got home screen stuck on boot only.

Awesome ROM..... only one problem that is it has Autofocus 5 MP camera ...and A75 not support autofocus function.... can anyone have solution for it.... rest all is Awesome in this ROM.... and working fine on A75.
i have tried sagarwep's 8 MP camera fix on it...but it not booted after flash camera fix of sagarwep.... any solution?????:confused:

ICS has been made for galaxy y and the rest....but it hangs up a lot too. Plus, they are not totally bug-free. :p

Porting ICS from mtk6575 devices like A100 is very difficult. Cuz we have had a lot of other mt6575 devices with ICS......even before A100. :(

Ram deficiency is the main problem. But we can atleast try with the sources of cyanogenmod.

Senior Devs....lets say No to any more Hololaunchers. :p
Let the next BIG release be True Cyanogenmod! :)

Btw, cant a cyanogenmod ROM be actually ported from those available like lenovo a60?? ;) I will post any links if i find them :D

Post d link as if had tried 3 ROMs one of P500 n other two of HTC's dual sim phones n that too CM10 they got flashed successfully but they dont booted just boot looped nothing much serious like phone getting heated or anything else still trying to get a break through to get any CM ROM boot successfully so provide link will test them n get atleast one to work.

Still in d same condition not getting proper root and also not able to install any version of busybox so i think i need to upload it and provide u ll d link for it so that may be someone can get it rooted or even can atleast go deep in the apps or something else and let us know if its True ICS update and if its true ICS update then we can work together on it and get it ported on our devices and if its not true ICS then atleast we can work on something else as if i am now just fed up by just formatting and flashing d ROM and its not giving any sign of positive output so will upload it and provide u all d link for it soon.

---For chack version go to Settings>Application>Manege Application>All And click any one system application like android system they show application version:):):)

---Give me the link I will try for root
