I did the settings for 2.3.6 like ics style ... but I dont want it to look like this ... I want it to look like the first pic I uploaded

i know inorder to get it to look like that you have to mess with the settings.apk. thats how paris did it, he was a themer that did a lot of great themes including a few ICS ones. thats all i know unfortunately and paris isnt around anymore
