What you guys saw with that little information about the ESN and Programming and stuff is an extension of our Knowledge Base. There are hidden pages in InfoManager and there are quite a few I have found that no one on the internet even knows about yet. So yes, we are getting the Nexus One and the Incredible.

Now, on both of those pages, there is no release date or pricing yet. Because of people leaking information, there probably won't be much info until a few days before launch. Sometimes though, the user guides get posted up internally a few weeks before launch. Neither of these phone have the user guide posted yet.

Oh yes also, we will not be selling the Nexus One in the stores. Google.com/phones only. Any questions, please ask. I will do what I can to answer them.

Ha Ha.... be careful.. this is how rumors get started. :D I wonder how long it will be before the "news" sites will be repoting that there is a ap for the Incredible so it will wash the car. and the Desire is coming!!! :p I hope my new Incredible will walk the dog for me... surely there is an ap for that?!;)

A blessed Easter to you guys! Off to church with the family. Reeling with Desire-N1-Incredible-in store, on-line, ROM, wash my car and walk my dog.....oh my,....how am I suppose to pay attention to the sermon??? Take some time off today to enjoy your own INCREDIBLE families.....
 
Breaking news from Verizon: "5 day online exclusive... get your hands on the LG enV touch $39.99".... are they kidding? :eek:

Even if I didn't know about the incredible... I would be like.... and? so? big deal!! I have been eligible for an upgrade for almost a year.... and I didn't buy it a year ago!!
 
hehe - Doesn't matter to me. The Desire is the phone i'm looking for exactly. If the Incredible is slightly better so be it. Has anyone looked at the Desire? Has almost the same look and specs as the incredible. With two exceptions; Desire has MORE RAM but LESS ROM.

Well.. have to get ready for Easter dinner... happy Easter all!!!

I hope when I get back someone will have been watching TV today and the announcement came out that the phone will be out to celebrate vzw's anniversary. Ahh what a NICE dream!!

On a side note... I am getting better at texting on the bb tour with the tiny little buttons... so maybe I will have an Incredible texting experience with the virtual keypad... the keys are at least bigger and don't require reading glasses to find the tiny little symbols... takes me forever to find the ? and the ! and the @. :rolleyes:

Everything is relative - my teenage daughter is pleading with me to order it while it's still on sale. I hate the fact that it requires even the $10 data plan (we have 6 kids, 2 family plans, those bills add up fast) but their "feature" phones are really pretty blah.
 
So... I am simply a lurker, although after everything got so crazy, I didn't lurk quite as much. So, if what I am about to say has already been said recently, I apologize because one would need to be a full-time lurker in order to truly keep up with this thread. Anyhoo, at church this morning, I talked to a Verizon manager and asked him "What can you tell me about the N1 or the Incredible?" He said, "I know about the Incredible, and it is supposed to be amazing, and it is supposed to be out next month." No denials, no probing necessary.

Anyways, thanks for eating up all of my spare time with this thread! And again, if this was useless info, please disregard and label me as a "one-post loser."

it's actually free, not 40$, maybe they're clearing them out for that samsung reality we saw on the calendar? or better yet...the incredible! 4/5 is a monday (tomorrow) so maybe on tuesday they plan on releasing the incredible and reality? just wishful thinking..
 
Nevermind about the Desire - it has no 3g support in the US.

So that leaves me torn between the Nexus one and the incredible :D

May I make a suggestion. The next time someone gets information from a Verizon manager or employee, please ask them if their info is from within the company, or from leaks on the net!

The thing that I don't get why people don't understand is, the lower level employees/managers at the stores do not know anything about the Incredible.

The simple fact is, if they heard anything it would have leaked by now, so everything they are telling people is either speculation, rumors, or something that they have come up with on their own.

Verizon wouldn't tell their lower managers information about this, then believe it wasn't going to leak.

Come on people.
